- Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of £25. This fee applies to all clients, including those using private medical insurance. To appeal a cancellation fee due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the original appointment date.
- Chaperone Policy: Clients are welcome to have a family member or friend accompany them during appointments. Please inform our team of your preference when booking.
Payments and Fees
- Self-Funding Clients: Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
- Private Medical Insurance: We can bill certain insurers directly. However, clients are ultimately responsible for payment if the insurer does not settle the invoice within 60 days.
- Card Details: We securely store card details via [Payment Processor Name] in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Card information is used for processing payments and is deleted within six months after the completion of treatment.
- Course Purchases: All treatment course purchases are non-refundable, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and cannot be shared or transferred.
