This fee applies to all clients, including those using private medical insurance. To appeal a cancellation fee due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the original appointment date.
• Chaperone Policy: Clients are welcome to have a family member or friend accompany them during appointments. Please inform our team of your preference when booking.

Payments and Fees

• Self-Funding Clients: Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
• Private Medical Insurance: We can bill certain insurers directly. However, clients are ultimately responsible for payment if the insurer does not settle the invoice within 60 days.
